606 Design started in 2000 as a fully resourced design practice providing clients with a wide range of Architectural based design solutions. In 2011 expanded its professional scope to include General Contractor and Construction Management services and became 606 Design + Construction, a Design Build practice with formal training balanced with hands-on experience.
Design
From Design Development to Permitting, we offer services as needed. Among other Professional services are Feasibility & Code Studies, Preliminary Cost Analysis, Permit Documents & Drawings and Permit Expediting. We deliver conscientious, functional living and work spaces while creating lasting value.
Build
We offer a variety of Residential and Commercial construction services from New Construction, Remodeling and Renovations, as well as additions to existing structures for Residential and Commercial spaces. We extend our Professional approach to transparent, cost-conscious methods to each construction project with a proven track record for meeting budgets and deadlines.
